នៅថ្ងៃទី១៦ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ វេលាម៉ោង ១១:៣០ នាទីព្រឹក ម៉ោងនៅទីក្រុងឡាអេ (ត្រូវនឹងម៉ោង ៤:៣០នាទីរសៀល ម៉ោងនៅរាជធានីភ្នំពេញ) លោកជំទាវ គឹមសួរ សុវណ្ណារី ឯកអគ្គរាជទូតកម្ពុជាប្រចាំប្រទេសបែលហ្ស៊ិក និងហូឡង់បានប្រគល់ដោយផ្ទាល់ដៃនូវលិខិតរបស់ ឯកឧត្តមឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្រ្តី ប្រាក់ សុខុន រដ្ឋមន្រ្ដីការបរទេស និងសហប្រតិបត្តិការអន្តរជាតិ ជូនលោក Philippe GAUTIER ក្រឡាបញ្ជីនៃតុលាការយុត្តិធម៌អន្តរជាតិ (ICJ) ដើម្បីជម្រាបជូនពីគោលបំណងរបស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជា ក្នុងការដាក់ពាក្យស្នើតាមនីតិវិធី ពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងបញ្ហាវិវាទព្រំដែនជាមួយប្រទេសថៃនៅតំបន់មុំបី ប្រាសាទតាមាន់ធំ ប្រាសាទតាមាន់តូច និងប្រាសាទតាក្របី ដើម្បីសុំតុលាការកំពូលនេះធ្វើការវិនិច្ឆ័យជម្លោះព្រំដែននេះ។

On 16 June 2025, at 11:30AM in The Hague (4:30PM in Phnom Penh), Her Excellency KIMSOUR Sovannary, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Cambodia to Belgium, personally delivered a letter from His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister PRAK Sokhonn, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, to Mr. Philippe GAUTIER, Registrar of the International Court of Justice (ICJ) to inform of the Royal Government of Cambodia’s imminent intention to file an application with the International Court of Justice regarding the border dispute issues with Thailand in the areas of MOM BEI, TAMONE TOUCH Temple, TAMONE THOM Temple, and TA KRABEY Temple for adjudication.
